May - Monterrey, N.L. Industrial Club Festival
From May 3rd to 8th chef Thierry Blouet will be presenting a special menu called "Sabor a México" (Mexico's Flavor) at the Industrial Convention in Monterrey, N. L., Mexico. This marks the start of the official celebration of Cafe des Artistes' the 20th anniversary and also Mexicos' 200th Independence celebration.
