June - Chef Gerardo Sandoval Interview
Café des Artistes del Mar executive chef Gerardo Sandoval was interviewed by local newspaper Vallarta Opina just a couple of days before he leaves for the Cocinero del Año (Cook of the Year) contest in Mexico City. Chef Gerardo won the pacific zone semi-finals earning the priviledge to be a contender in the final event among seven other participants.
